Who We Are
EMO IS FOR LOVERS is a Seoul-based community and event collective dedicated to keeping emo culture alive in Asia. What began as small gatherings of 2000s emo fans has grown into a platform with over 130,000 followers worldwide, sold-out emo parties, and a reputation for blending nostalgia, authenticity, and live energy.
We have hosted emo revival nights, pop punk DJ events, and tribute shows for bands event with our latest event called American Idiot vs American Psycho (Green Day vs Fall Out Boy). With 4 sold out Emo Party-ies, we worked with more than 15 band in coordination, logistics and comms.
Why Korea
Korea’s live music scene is thriving. Independent venues across Seoul, from Hongdae to Itaewon, are opening their doors to more underground genres and international acts. The emo revival is here, and Korean fans are ready for it.

EMO IS FOR LOVERS is Korean government registered business for show booking and promotion. Fans receive tax breaks buying their ticket through us as it is considered a cultural expense. Our experience and DIY spirit makes the key work.
