Refund policy

Emotional Damage Fest 환불 규정:

본 공연은 소규모 독립 페스티벌로 공연일 기준 7일 전 오전 11시까지 전액 환불 가능합니다.

이후 공연 3일전까지 30%, 하루전까지는 50%의 수수료가 차감됩니다. 예매 시 모든 환불 및 안전 규정에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

This event is a small-scale independent festival. Full refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event date. After this period, 30% fee is incurred within 3 days for the fest, and 50% within a day before the fest.
By purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have agreed to all refund and safety policies.
